2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or placing any order through it, you acknowledge that you:

  • are of legal age to contract under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, or are using the site under the supervision of an adult.
  • have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
  • provide accurate and correct information when placing orders.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the site after any modification constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Orders and Prices

  • All prices displayed on the site are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, and this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
  • In the event of an error in the price display or product description due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you, along with refunding any amount charged.
  • Order confirmation does not necessarily mean the product is available; if one of the products is not available, we will contact you to replace it or refund its value.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery service is available exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
  • Delivery times and fees vary by area, and they will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
  • We make every effort to deliver orders on the estimated dates, but these dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, traffic congestion, exceptional circumstances).
  • The customer must ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number when placing the order; Sweets Markets is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.

5. Payment Methods

  • We provide multiple payment options that are displayed during the checkout process (which may include cash on delivery or electronic payment via bank cards).
  • All electronic transactions are conducted through secure and approved payment gateways, and we do not store your card information on our servers.

6. Cancellation, Return, and Exchange

  • Due to the nature of some of our perishable food products, returns or exchanges of any food product are not accepted after receipt, except in the following cases:

    • Receiving a damaged or expired product.
    • There is an error in the submitted order (a product different from what was ordered).
  • In the cases mentioned above, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via the email or WhatsApp mentioned above, along with illustrative photos of the product.
  • An order can be canceled for free as long as it has not been shipped yet; once the order leaves the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
  • Each return or exchange case is reviewed individually, and our final decision depends on the nature of the case and the evidence provided.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (logos, images, texts, designs) is the property of Sweets Markets or licensed to it, and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
  • The names of the products and trademarks displayed on the site are owned by their original owners, and we display them as a distributor or authorized seller.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed on the site (prices, descriptions, images), but we do not guarantee that it is completely free of errors.
  • Sweets Markets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products, to the extent permitted by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates.
  • In case of food allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please review the ingredient list on the product packaging before consumption; Sweets Markets is not responsible for any allergic reaction resulting from the customer's failure to review the ingredients.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and only use it for the purpose of processing your requests and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to complete the delivery or payment process, or when legally required to do so.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts in the Emirate of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this site.
