1. Delivery Areas

We deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery service is currently not available outside the United Arab Emirates.

2. Delivery Time

This duration may vary during seasons, promotional offers, or exceptional circumstances (such as holidays or weather conditions), and the customer will be informed of any expected delays.

3. Delivery Fees

• Delivery fee: 30 AED, increasing to 50 AED for western areas.

• Delivery fees are automatically calculated upon order completion and are clearly displayed before payment.

4. Order Tracking

After the order is shipped, the customer will be notified of the order status and expected delivery time via phone.

5. Receipt

• Please ensure the accuracy of the address and phone number when ordering to avoid any delays.

• If delivery fails after two attempts, the customer will be contacted, and the order may be returned to the store, with delivery fees deducted from any refund if applicable.

• The customer has the right to refuse to accept the order if there is visible damage to the packaging, with an immediate note recorded with the delivery representative.

6. Exchange and Return Related to Delivery

• The refund will be issued using the original payment method, or as store credit at the customer's choice if possible.

If the customer wishes to exchange the product for another instead of a refund, this will be based on the availability of the alternative product, and additional charges may apply if there is a price difference.

• Products that have been used or have had security labels or original packaging removed.

• Products that have been damaged by the customer after receipt.
